Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is very simple: we will ensure that our residents experience a quality of life that is as close as possible to the warm and secure environment that they are accustomed to in their own homes among their families.

We fully understand the anxieties and concerns about the well-being of loved ones and we therefore apply basic family values and caring in all aspects of the daily running of our home.

We also encourage families to be part of our home’s life and help provide the loving care that our residents deserve.
Our Staff are selected for their professional and caring attributes and are often found engaging Residents in singsongs and laughter. The staff are encouraged to understand and continue the routine of home and learn more about our Residents’ hobbies, likes and dislikes and their lifetime experiences.

Our Aim lies in respecting Residents’ Privacy and Dignity, assisting independent living for as long as possible and ensuring that their individual needs are catered for.
